Documentation
One of the obligations of all those working in Arts Management is to provide the sector with theoretical references and a framework to support its development. The lack of documentation and information available about the reality of the arts and culture sector in Spain has led us to construct, define, revise and update the coordinates of a professional activity in a field in which little is known and where there is much still to be studied.
Hence, the Master’s in Arts Management: Music, Theatre and Dance has created a Department of Arts Management with a specialised Documentation Centre, a Research and Development Plan, a Programme of Dissemination and Publications about arts management and related areas, and a Technical Assistance Service for arts organisations and projects.
